How do I place an order?
WhatsApp us at 012-632 6332 or 012-265 1011 with the items and quantities you need. We'll confirm availability, today's price, and whether you're collecting or arranging delivery.
Why don't you list fixed prices?
Wholesale vegetable prices move daily with highland supply and market demand, the same as any stall at Pasar Borong. We'd rather give you an accurate price on the day than post a number that's out of date by the time you order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
It depends on the item and season. Message us with what you're after and we'll confirm quantities on the spot.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes. Our wholesale and retail counter is at Lot D15, Pasar Borong Selayang, Kuala Lumpur, open during market hours. This is how most of our regular customers buy from us.
Do you deliver?
For bulk or regular standing orders, we can work out delivery depending on your location. See our Delivery & Coverage page or message us your area to check.
Where does your produce come from?
We grow a large share ourselves at our farms and greenhouses in Ringlet, Cameron Highlands, and source the rest from trusted growers in the same area to keep our full 42-item order list in stock. See Our Farms for more.
Are you a registered business?
Yes. Hot Shine Fresh Vege & Fruits Trading is registered with the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM), registration number 002693554-H, trading continuously since 22 August 2017.
Can I visit your farm or collection centre?
Yes, message us ahead of time and we can arrange a visit to our Cameron Highlands facility.
Do you supply items not on your standard list?
We regularly source additional seasonal produce on request. Ask us on WhatsApp and we'll check what we can get.
How do I pay?
We'll confirm payment details directly with you when your order is ready, whether you're collecting or paying on delivery.
